Don Schweitzer is a licensed counselor and mindfulness coach whose practice focuses on a holistic approach to overall health, emphasizing the mind-body connection, as well as a veteran. He offers individual counseling, workshops, and classes using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral theory and mindfulness-based interventions. 


Don also provides coaching services to help clients identify and achieve their goals, using a client-centered approach tailored to meet individual needs. He is a Certified Wellness Practitioner and utilizes the six dimensions of wellness for a holistic approach to wellness. He is also a Certified Trauma Professional, incorporating mind-body practices when appropriate, and an experienced public speaker and communicator.

Don holds a PhD in Social Work and Social Research from Portland State University, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Idaho State University and a Master's degree in Social Work from Boise State University. When not working, Don enjoys hiking, riding bikes, and spending time in nature. He is dedicated to making a positive impact on the world and supporting various philanthropic causes and organizations.
