Tobago Trip Offerings:

  • 8 Days/7 nights Lodging

  • Transportation to/from airport to lodging

  • 2 meals each day (except arrival & departure days where there will be 1 meal provided)

  • Guided tours and excursions led by experienced professionals.

  • $10 USD Ft. George museum entry fee

Tobago Trip Prices

  • $2,186 USD per person for one person in a room

  • $1,844 USD per person for two people sharing a room

  • $1,682 USD per person for three people sharing a room

Deposit: $125 per person (non-refundable unless the trip is canceled)
Final Due: Month before the trip.

Tobago Travel FAQs

The most common questions about Sierra Retreat's Tobago January Trip should be covered below. Most others will be covered in the registration process. If you have any, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

Do I need to have prior experience with mindfulness or meditation?
No prior experience is necessary. Our mindfulness activities are suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience.

Should I get travel insurance?
Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Do I need any special vaccinations to travel to Tobago?
Please see the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) website for informations on vaccinations. 

Is there an age limit for participants?
The retreat is for adults, age 18 and older.

What is the level of physical activity involved?
The retreat includes moderate physical activities such as walking, hiking, and snorkeling. Participants should be in reasonably good health and able to handle these activities.

Are all activities required?
No. Participants can opt out of any activity they want.

What if I have dietary restrictions or special needs?
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or special needs when you register, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Is travel to and from Tobago included?
Travel to and from Tobago is not included. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. We can provide information on flights and transportation options.

Will there be free time during the retreat?
Yes, there will be free time each day for you to relax, explore the local area, or engage in optional activities.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable.

What safety measures are in place for outdoor activities?
Safety is our top priority. We provide experienced guides for all activities, ensure proper safety equipment is used, and brief participants on safety protocols before each activity.

Can I extend my stay in Tobago after the retreat?
Absolutely! Tobago is a beautiful destination, and we can help you arrange extended accommodations and suggest additional activities to enjoy after the retreat.

Please note that all trip-takers are responsible for booking and covering the cost of their own airfare any other travel expenses.
