He is also a Certified Wellness Practitioner and utilizes the six dimensions of wellness for a holistic approach to wellness, and a Certified Trauma Professional, incorporating mind-body practices when appropriate, and an experienced public speaker and communicator.

Drawing from his extensive experience leadership positions of social service programs, he understand the multifaceted challenges faced by professionals in high-stress environments and has spearheaded initiatives to create supportive work cultures and implement sustainable wellness practices, empowering individuals to thrive amidst adversity.
